This modern day cottage was built on the lot that once housed the owner when he was a little boy. Not only was it a nostalgic decision to build and re-establish roots in his childhood neighborhood, but it was also the allure of the neighborhood’s fabric of architecturally significant homes and the close proximity to the town that he so much enjoyed growing up in. And despite its intended humble appearance, the interiors are spacious and feature a ground floor plan that is contemporary and open, and a second floor consisting of three bedroom suites.
